Third Eye Blind, T-Pain, and Rock the Garden breakout Dwynell Roland will be among the artists who will rock the undead at this year's Zombie Pub Crawl. The downtown Minneapolis event, perhaps the world's largest annual gathering of zombies, will boast nearly 20 musical performers on multiple stages. Other notable acts in the lineup include "Beautiful Girls" hitmaker Sean Kingston and local legend DJ Abilities. (City Pages)

Manchester survivors' compensation announced

The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund has announced that each family that lost a member to the May terrorist bombing at an Ariana Grande concert will receive $324,000 — thanks to fundraising efforts by Grande and many others. "The payments will ensure the families benefit from the phenomenal outpouring of public support following the attack," said a press release. (Billboard)

Elvis exhibit planned for London

As the world marks 40 years since the death of Elvis Presley, the O2 in London has announced an exhibit that will contain over 200 items from the Graceland archives, documenting the King's life on tour from 1969 to 1977. "Among the main attractions are some of Elvis' most recognisable jumpsuits and guitars that he played on tour," reports NME, "including a Gretzsch Country Gentleman guitar that he used in Las Vegas in 1969."

Wilco, Stevie Wonder, and Paul Simon will be among the artists represented on a forthcoming soundtrack to the hit TV show This Is Us. The 20-track collection, due out Sept. 15, will also include a cover of Little Feat’s "Willin'" by the show's star Mandy Moore. (Pitchfork)

First Drake drought since 2009

A kid can be old enough to be starting third grade and yet never have known a world without a Drake landing somewhere in the Hot 100 — until now. With the Canadian rapper's songs "Passionfruit" and "Signs" dropping off the pop chart, Drake is completely absent from Billboard's top singles chart for the first time since May 23, 2009. That 431-week stretch is by far and away the longest window any artist has ever spent consecutively in the Hot 100; Lil Wayne trails with a 326-week chart presence. (Billboard)
