Today we were joined by Mark Mallman ahead of his “Peace on Earth Holiday Show” at The Parkway this Saturday.

In his conversation with Jill, he said, “When I thought of Peace on Earth I was like ‘Ok, what is something that I really dig, something that isn’t happening in town, what about a more inclusive show that doesn’t have Christmas songs in it at all but is holiday-vibe, you know’? Some people don’t have fond attachments to Christmas or whatever holiday you’re celebrating…this is like hey, we’re still going to get together, sing some fuzzy tunes, we do Wilco and ‘Everybody Hurts’ and I adapted Nick Cave’s ‘Red Right Hand’ to be about Santa Claus.”

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear for peace?
