It's Throwback Thursday at The Current — specifically, we're looking back to the first decade of the 2000s, and we're celebrating with a day filled with music and memories from that period.

It was in the year 2005 that The Current burst onto the airwaves, launching our commitment to bringing you independent and local music. So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs released in the '00s by Minnesota artists do you want to hear?

Throwback Thursday is part of our winter member drive, marking The Current’s 17 years of independent and local music while powering this vital station for years to come. You can support The Current now and into the future by becoming a member today.
