Today is World Goth Day, which takes place every year on May 22. Break out your blackest attire and mascara, and embrace the darkness of it all. According to its official website, World Goth Day is when “the goth scene gets to celebrate its own being, and an opportunity to make its presence known to the rest of the world."

There are so many great goth acts. Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus, Joy Division, and the Cure are just the tip of the black iceberg. There are also the influences that came before, and subsequent artists who have kept goth alive — or should we say undead? — up to the present.

For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, which songs that are all about goth vibes should we play?
