Happy Birthday, Sarah McLachlan.

McLachlan has sold over 40 million albums, won two Grammys and four Juno Awards for her best-selling album Surfacing, and she founded Lilith Fair, a late 1990s concert tour and travelling music festival which featured all female solo artists and female-led bands.

If you are a person that has ever watched TV, you have probably seen the ASPCA commercial set to her song “Angel” which has raised $30 million for the ASPCA since it started airing in 2006. If you haven’t found yourself letting a single tear softly slide down your cheek during that commercial, you might be dead inside.

Let’s lean into the emotion this morning.

For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what tear-jerkers do you want to hear?
